• Proven skills in English usage, grammar, punctuation, style, and editing.
• Ability to use designated professional reference materials.
• Ability to operate word processing equipment, dictation and transcription equipment, and other equipment as specified.
• Ability to work under pressure with time constraints.
• Ability to concentrate.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Excellent eye, hand, and auditory coordination.
• Ability to understand and apply relevant legal concepts (e.g., confidentiality).

A: All of our transcriptionists are employees. We deduct payroll taxes from paychecks, pay unemployment and Workers’ Compensation taxes and have a myriad of other benefits available to our employees.

A: Transcriptionists are required to produce 7500 characters per hour before they are permitted to work from home.

A: All transcriptionists are required to maintain 98% accuracy on their completed documents.

Q: How flexible are the schedules for the employees at The Inner Office, Ltd.?

A: Our transcriptionists know the requirements to meet their specific account guidelines.  As long as the customers are happy, the transcriptionists and The Inner Office, Ltd. can be flexible with regard to scheduling.
